It was nice and very clean. The employees were helpful. Breakfast had a good coffee, tasty croissants, good fruit. Also a good WiFi. On November 20th it was raining in Buenos Aires we couldn't get a taxi or remiss to pick us up to take us to the bus station. One of the employees took an umbrella and went a block away to an intersection where he finally found a free taxi for us. We were very thankful. We were running out of time to catch our bus. I certainly would like to thank this employee. I recommend the Embajador Hotel for the overall upkeep of the rooms and public areas and for the friendly staff.

Maria

It's very well located on the main street, halfway between the main attractions of the north and the south, so you can reach them all quickly. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. He gave all the important information, from currency exchange to programmes to taxi arrangements. She gave us the address of the best restaurant very close by. This restaurant, SANTOS MANJARES, gives a wonderful parilla for pennies. Always crowded, more people queuing for tables outside than eat inside.

The hotel is conveniently located for a quick one night stay in Buenos Aires. It is easy to get to and from Jorge Newbury AEP airport. It is also the first hotel where I was given a "true" price for the taxi back to the airport. The staff speak very good English and were friendly, helpful and interested in my trip. Breakfast was complementary

Rosemary

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. On our first day they let us keep our bags at the hotel before check in, gave us advice on transport and even loaned us their bus card until we could purchase our own and top it up. The main reception owner gave lots of advice to my Dad who was travelling with us.

Susan

The staff is SUPER helpful. They provided me with all the information and help I needed. The location is great in that there are SO many ways to get to the hotel from almost any point in the city, so you could visit different places and easily find your way back to the hotel.
